good for you. By good I mean good for your health! Seriously! That may
be shocking for you people but still it is true, you can inhale, eat,
drink and do these bad things to you with no fear of considering it
harmful but before doing it keep in mind that even good is bad when it
is in excess.

10. Beer

Yes people! Anger is good for you. You know there are a lot of people
who blot things up in them and don’t explode the things out. But the
best way is to not hold things inside. Be angry for a while, let the

too long because that will surely damage things inside you.
